PAPERS

Working at a press agency involved a range of reporting. While many of our stories were high profile court cases, I also covered feature content and online news. 

My mission was to source organic pieces and to keep across national court cases within my patch - which at the time, was the East of England.

Re My work in the papers: the nature of agency writing means that many bylines like that above are swept away en route to print. Such is life. 

Before this gig and completing my NCTJ and shorthand etc, I was a  freelance writer for music and travel publications in Australia and New Zealand.
